Customer Pre-Implementation
The single most important component of a menu software system is the information entered at the beginning of, and during the implementation process. In order to ensure a timely and successful implementation, MIJAVA’s Team works closely with each customer to familiarize your staff with the module options and information needed to build your menu cycles. Our team will assist customers by entering the data required for the most effective use of the software. Often, customers determine that they lack the human resources necessary for data assimilation and menu development so they rely on MIJAVA as the preferred alternative.

Training/Implementation/Project Management
To foster mutual productivity and efficiency, MIJAVA provides customized, scenario-based and self-paced training options. We tailor the most cost effective combination of on-site classroom sessions, web training and computer-based learning, along with a timeline to meet our customers’ needs, goals and budgets consistent with their available human and financial resources.
